    English let me headache!

    Early to bedearly to rise终于进入状态,新的学期又有了新的plan

    实验照做,文献照读,健身依旧

    加了一项比较艰巨又需要考研耐力的项目——学英语

    英语是这么多年来最头痛的东东,I Think 该花点时间来对付了!

     

    每天傍晚时分就回到了这个小屋,实验的enthusiasm已经减半

    文献的份量远远不够,晚上该好好利用precious time

    健身自从上个学期以来,开始渐渐进入状态,很幸运学校给我们提供了gymnasium,当然得好好感谢老沈这个coach的鼎力帮助

    对于做science的人来说,身体尤其重要,不知道是否有和我志同道合的同仁?

    目前最少的就是时间,但只要愿意挤还是有的。

     

    健身要逐步加大份量了,上次的硬拉第一次70公斤,整得我现在腰背都是酸酸的,不过这种感觉very good

    每次exercise的时候至少安排一个使用杠铃或哑铃的复合动作进行大重量训练

    感觉比较好是练胸肌的卧推和飞鸟,练二头肌的直立杠铃或哑铃弯举,练三头肌的直立屈臂上拉,练肩膀的直立杠铃推举,练腿的深蹲,练腰背的硬拉

    慢慢对健身有所了解,能否持之以恒,那就要看时间是不是会少的我无法再挤。

     

    英语,我想还是从最基本最薄弱的环节——听力和口语开始吧

    上辅导班实在太贵,training 时间和地点肯定和我会有冲突

    暂时按照钟道隆的逆向学习法开展,还没有进入状态,需要适当调整下时间    对于已过中高级口语的朋友,还希望多提提宝贵 advices!
